Allergens

There seems to be more and more sensitivities to food every day. We make it our mission to know what is in our product and to help everyone have a dessert that they can enjoy.

 

Since we make most of our products from scratch, we can tell you what is present in them.

 

Nut allergies can be very severe. I am proud to say that we have had many people with nut allergies and have not heard of problems. Nuts are in the building, but kept separate. All utensils are washed and sanitized between uses. The cream is put into a clean bowl for every customer, and then flavor is added and stirred with a clean spade.

 

If you let us know that there is an allergy, we will even take extra steps so that nothing gets near your dessert. Our baked goods are nut free, but I would not guarantee that no nuts have been set on the counter in the kitchen. So there is the possibility of contamination there.

 

All of our cream bases are gluten free.

 

The flavors we use are allergen free. I have had no one that has had an issue with any of the flavors. The flavor company we work with takes this serious, as do we.
